Rane’s Twelve DJ Controller has been making waves among professional DJs since it came on the market. The Twelve MKII adapts the popular design to make it the new standard for motorized DJ performance controllers. The Twelve MKII has received major upgrades including DVS/USB MIDI control of Serato DJ Pro, TRAKTOR and Virtual DJ, an OLED screen with easy control selection and BPM display, a new navigation control and turntable-style start and stop controls.
Like its predecessor, the Mk2 version of the Twelve has a real vinyl feeling with all the advantages of analog turntables, but without the disadvantages of scratchy or worn needles or a skipping tonearm.
The solid construction made of steel makes this controller especially robust and an ideal partner for the hard everyday life on stage. The 5.0 kfcm high-torque motor of the Twelve MKII is extremely precise – 3,600 ticks of record resolution to be exact. This allows ultra-precise control at a professional level.
