The Roland DJ-707M DJ controller offers comprehensive control of Serato DJ Pro software and combines powerful features in a compact and user-friendly format. The integrated 24-bit/96kHz audio interface ensures high sound quality, while the onboard drum patterns, inspired by the famous TR series, provide additional creative possibilities.
The controller is designed for use with Serato DJ Pro and includes the relevant software. It allows for control of up to four decks within the Serato DJ Pro environment through a variety of controls. Additionally, the Roland DJ-707M offers extensive connectivity options: Seven dedicated inputs enable integration of various external audio sources, while three assignable outputs provide flexibility for connecting to different sound systems. This includes a stereo master out, a stand-alone out, and a zone out.
For use in various setups, the controller features two USB ports that allow simultaneous use of two computers. This is particularly useful for seamless DJ handovers between two DJs or for simultaneous use of two Serato sessions. The DJ-707M is also equipped with a MIDI output, which allows synchronization of external devices and expansion of the Serato session.
Other highlights include two XLR microphone inputs with selectable effects such as reverb, echo, auto-pitch, and anti-feedback. A clearly visible LCD screen aids navigation on dark stages, and the built-in grooves from TR drum machines along with unique sound effects offer additional creative options for professional sets. The 24-bit/96kHz audio interface is also DVS-capable, with Serato DVS needing to be purchased separately. The Roland DJ-707M can also be used as a standalone mixer for media players or turntables connected to the audio inputs.
