The Yamaha HS5I is equipped with a 5-inch cone woofer and a 1-inch dome tweeter, powered by an integrated bi-amplifier that separately drives the woofer and tweeter. The linear frequency response ensures optimal monitoring results, while the high-performance drivers and mounting system ensure impressive audio performance. With powerful magnets and an advanced magnetic circuit design, precise sound reproduction is achieved. The optimized enclosure eliminates unwanted resonances, and the ROOM-CONTROL and HIGH-TRIM tone control allow for optimal sound adjustment in any room.
The built-in bi-amplifier provides 45 watts for the woofer and 25 watts for the tweeter. The dedicated power amps are perfectly matched to the woofer and tweeter to deliver optimal performance. The Yamaha HS5I also features XLR and jack inputs for balanced and unbalanced signals. With the M5 mounting points on all four sides, the monitor can be quickly and easily mounted.
